    Description

This auction includes a full set of 28 vintage wooden dominoes in their wooden dovetailed box. The box cover is marked: BOY'S DAY SOUVENIR. Bay State Clothing House ADAMS, MASS. The dominoes have the same markings, minus the Adams, Mass. The 2 1/8" wide x 6 5/8" long x 1 1/2" deep box and 7/8" wide x 1 3/4" long x 1/4" thick dominoes are in very good condition with little play wear, but they are age discolored (zoom or enlarge any of the photos for a closer look). In addition to this business, Charles Cutting (1850-1940) of North Adams, Massachusetts also owned the C.H. Cutting Co. in North Adams, the Orange Clothing Co. in Orange, Mass., and the Athol Clothing Co. in Athol, Mass. These dominoes are a pretty neat piece of North Adams history. USPS boxed 1st class shipping will be .00 in the U.S.
