WWI WKC German KS98 Sawback Bayonet w/Scabbard + Frog

Description

WWI German KS98 Sawback Bayonet with Scabbard and Frog. Ricasso is marked with a Knights head stamp which stands for WKC. The black checkered grips do show wear with some light chips to the edges, and they have the three pins. The sawback blade is mostly clean, has been sharpened, the tip is sharp, it is straight, tight, and has one nick. The lock button is functional. The black enameled scabbard is solid with no dents, light scattered paint loss and some surface scratches mainly on the backside. Leather washer is missing. The leather frog shows light wear with tight stitching, some surface leather loss, belt loop is ripped open, the bottom corner areas of the pocket look modified, and no markings. Length of the blade measures 9 1/16" (15/16" wide x 1/4" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 14 5/8", and overall in the scabbard it is 16". The frog alone is 9 1/4"
