"I love my water horse. I can carry it in my swim bag unlike a noodle or bulky belt. While I am using it I can move arms and legs, strengthening all joints. I have much less arthritic pain when I exercise in deep water. Even my back feels gently stretched and more limber."  Jack, July 2021
"I have been doing water aerobics or something of the same effect for over15 summers. I've used belts, bells, ankle and wrist aerobic tactics; I've tried them all. This is by far my new favorite! At the age of 68 being in the water and moving keeps me going for the rest of the day. This saddle is so easy and freeing. You just climb on and start moving. You can kick, jump, side to side, walk, jog - all with the freedom of no belt. I still use hand paddles for extra arm movement and feel like I've done something at the end. Or I float and visit with my hubby; just hanging out. He tried it, but said it wasn't really a guy parts thing. It is not for kids as the directions strongly state... but it is for me. Love it." "I have been going to water aerobics classes for over 2 years. I tried using flotation belts when I first started, but as others have suggested, they tend to ride up. Our instructors lead very intense, physical workouts, and one of them suggested I try a Water Horse instead of a belt. The difference was evident from the first time I used one. I was able to concentrate on the exercises instead of constantly fussing with a flotation belt. When I started using a Water Horse, I weighed 295 lbs. and had no flotation issues at all. Currently, I'm down to around 235 lbs. and I owe some of the weight loss to the Water Horse for giving me the confidence that it will support me comfortably, and allow me to get the most out of the work outs.? "Our pool closed about a year and a half ago for a complete remodel and make over. After it reopened, I asked for a Water Horse and the person who got it for me said that I was lucky because that was the ONLY one he could find. The Aerobics' classes usually have 10 or more students and I didn't want to start using a belt again if the pool only had one Water Horse. I looked for, and found a company on Amazon that sells them. The website is Karen Westfall's Waterworkout and can be found at WaterWorkout.com. Check out her website because it has other water exercise equipment, at good prices. Thanks Karen!" "After a smashed shoulder and fractured spine, I began aquatic therapy. This water horse enabled me to work my legs while holding me upright neck deep in deep water. It works like a charm. I’m hefty, so I worried that i might wobble, but it holds me steady. I’m all over that deep water and I’m working my core as well as my legs. Thank you! My therapist was pleased, too.
The horse came earlier than the estimate as well!" Poe, June 2021
