Water workout cd's (Motivating Splash-2013, Energizing Splash-2014, Invigorating Splash-2015, and Funergetic Splash-2017). Each workout includes exercises for legs, arms and core strength, stretching, breathing...an all over workout.  Vocal instruction and music makes these workouts easy to follow and fun to do.
If you are wanting to make the workout more challenging, simply use webbed gloves or ankle weights.  Has been used with a variety of ages 14-86 years.
Each CD comes in a plastic clamshell protective case.
