The Tartaros Terminator armor was available to Loyalist and Traitor Legions alike.
Tartaros Terminator Armor is equal parts protection for the wearer and death for the opponent.
Dark Angels Deathwing wielded this armor, Roboute's entire bodyguard wore this armor, Thousand Sons Sekhmet wore this armor, while the Salamanders incorporated flamers, missile launchers and a whole host of weapons.
This armor is still used in 40K in some legions have Relic Terminator Squads.
