Selling a vintage Tea Strainer with Handle and Base by The Bombay Company, 1999. Presume it is made of sterling silver due to the tarnished appearance it has taken on, but no guarantee as I have no way to verify.

Sterling silver, even real .925 sterling silver, will always tarnish. While pure 99.9% silver does not tarnish, any sterling silver will tarnish over time as a result of the metal mixed in".
Tea strainer measures 6" in length, with 2-5/8" top diameter and 1-1/8" depth
Base measures 2-1/2" diameter at widest with 2-1/4" top opening
Together weighs 6-3/4 oz
We received this set as a gift many years ago and have only used it lightly on a few special occasions. Comes from a
smoke-free, pet-free home.
