Return time frames are either 30 days (applicable to US buyers only) or final sale; this is indicated in each item's description located in the Returns section on the product page. Items must be returned with tags on and in their original packaging, including: brand tags, shoe boxes & dust bags. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Authorized pieces sent back after the return period or without original packaging, will not be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your package was unable to be delivered and is returned to sender, we will let you know as soon as it arrives back at our facility.
