The THERABAND™ Closed Chain Disk is a circular-shaped foam disk containing an adjustable foot attachment. It is a very versatile aquatic exercise/therapy device. With the attached straps, it can be used to exercise all the major leg and hip muscles, improve balance and increase lower extremity range of motion. Without the straps, the disk can be used to strengthen the upper body and improve trunk stability. Sold individually.
