    Description

    A good unused real photo Agfa postcard picturing S/S "Kalevipoeg" in Tallinn harbour, Estonia. A probable translation of the estonian text would be : "The arrival/reception of the Norwegian Female Graduates Singer Association arriving in Tallinn harbour 22nd of June 1933". The ship is certainly S/S Kalevipoeg, built in Sweden in 1892. She has a long naval war history in the Baltic Sea. When she was scarpped in 1958 she had a history of carrying eight different names! No pinholes or bent corners. Sharp image. A good and very interesting postcard.
