Six pieces of closed cell foam on adjustable belt with quick release buckle closure. Provides a measure of support and security for the timid adult swimmer or new swimmer.
Light weight flotation belt so swimmer doesn't tire so easily. Can be worn on front or back of waist.
The biggest b-enefit is that you may add blocks in front of your body (or place blocks on your body where you require) to better balance and support good posture.
Often used with aquatic cuffs, dumbbells & hand buoys
Also used by people learning to swim as the foam blocks can be added or removed from the belt when needed. Belt is brand new
