    Description

    For sale is an interesting set of 12 Dutch 833 silver beaded pattern fruit(?) forks, dated 1898.  The forks are 4 1/2 inches long and together weighs 113 grams. The forks have three tines, one larger than the others with a cut corner tip.  The rounded handles have a beaded edge and are slightly convex.  They have not been monogrammed.  They all bear a maker’s mark of [JS / 189] with Dutch 833 silver assay marks and a date letter for 1898.
    Condition on the forks is fairly good.  There are just some minor bends and normal signs of use.  A fine set of forks.
