RARE & UNUSUAL -129 PIECE EUROPEAN (ITALY) 800 SILVER FLATWARE 200.26 TR OZ

Magnificent, huge, antique Italian 19th century .800 silver 129 piece flatware set, total weight: 200.26 troy oz./6228 grams.
This magnificent set has been in my family since late 1800's, and while I have some qualms about parting with it, it's not part of my lifestyle and I think I'd prefer to have someone who loves and will use it to own it.  This set initially belonged to my paternal grandparents, Giacomo and Letizia, and was first used by them in their home in Biella, Italy.  Each piece of the set has been stunningly hand engraved with the initials GV, my grandfather's initials.
The complete set consists of 77 matched pieces, including:
24 soup spoons
24 dinner forks
12 dessert forks
12 teaspoons
1 large ladle
1 large meat fork
1 large serving spoon
1 large fruit serving spoon
1 pie server
All of the above are solid .800 silver, weighing a total of 89.39 troy oz.   All are hallmarked with a mark consisting of a knife, spoon, and fork with the letters "H" and "V" in a circle, as shown.
Also included with this set are 12 solid .800 silver spoons which are not engraved, not identical in pattern, however clearly from the same period.  My family tradition has placed these spoons with this set from the time it was purchased.  These spoons weigh a total of  8.3 troy oz.
Additionally, there are 40 more engraved matched pieces in this set, consisting of:
12 dinner knives
12 luncheon knives
12 dessert knives
1 large carving fork
1 large carving knife
2 piece salad server
These pieces in total weight 102.57 troy oz., all with large .800 silver handles engraved GV and all with hallmark as previously described.
Every effort has been made to show all possible detail with photographs.  All photos are of actual set in auction.
