This beautiful lady measures 7 high by 7 1/2 inches. A truly magnificent quality figurine of a pretty woman in Art Deco style. This figurine is marked with a Wallendorf mark. This listing is for an antique Dutch 19th century reticulated 800 silver decorative dish. It measures 9 inches in diameter and is hallmarked with a variety of Dutch hallmarks. Please refer to the photos.
This has a charming motif. There are two winged cherubs in a field. One cherub plays a stringed instrument to rabbit about to go to sleep while the second cherub has a hand to his lips trying to be quiet. The edge of the dish is reticulated and decorated with more cherubs and rococo swirls and basket patterns. This is an absolutely beautiful example of 19th century romantic decoration. It is in excellent condition with no damage and a wonderful patina.
