    Sweet picture! The sepia frame is in a lovely Art Nouveau style. It is a shame this page is trimmed away, as it cuts off the frame at the bottom; otherwise it's in pretty good shape. There is no date indicated on either side of the page, however the ad came with a note with the word Peterson's. Judging scale, size and the period of the fashion, it could easily have come from Peterson's Magazine.
