Old Italian Silver FILIGREE NUT SPOON-Filigree Bowl & Applied Flowers-Wire Stem

Description

Up for bid is a vintage Italian silver filigree nut spoon or bon bon server.  The spoon is 5 inches long and weighs 12 grams.  The bowl is in the form of a filigree flower.  The wire handle is mounted with silver stems and additional small filigree flowers.  The piece has not been monogrammed.  It is marked “ITALY” on the stem.
Condition on the spoon is fairly good.  The stem is bent, but it is impossible to know exactly what the original shape was intended to be.  The filigree all seems to be undamaged.  There are just the normal signs of use.  A very pretty little spoon!
