Martin Handcraft Euphonium Baritone Project AS-IS

Martin has long been considered one of the finest makers of vintage tubas and euphoniums. Hailed for a rich and beautiful quality of sound as well as incredible craftsmanship, these horns are some of the best that money can buy if you need something that will stand the test of time.
I bought this instrument in this condition for a frankenhorn project that sadly never came to fruition. If you have a similar project in mind, want to be sure your instrument has been assembled the right way by an expert, or simply want to part it out for various repair then this is the horn for you! Let my loss be your gain!
Ultimately, the pictures will be the best description: what you see is what you get. There are many dings and dents present, the instrument will need a full clean and other regular service things upon reassembly, and the finish is not 100% (though it's not bad for its age). The lower first valve slide is stuck, though it may actually just be soldered in place by accident. Also, the leadpipe is unusable as is due to several cracks. I've read that several modern replacement leadpipes could go right on with little modification, with the added bonus of having a large shank receiver.
Disclaimer: This beautiful instrument is being offered as-is for parts/repair/modification. As far as I know, it will play upon reassembly, but it is untested.
