Magnificent Sterling Silver 8 light Candelabra, marked 925, not weighted

This is a stunning 8 light candelabra that is 925 / sterling silver of some European make
This piece is not heavily weighted like a lot of them are.
This magnificent piece stands 20" tall and measures a 15" span. The piece has a gross weight of 68 troy ounces sterling silver.
This comes apart in 2 pieces
It is in very good condition.
There are a couple of very flaws on the branches. ** see last photo
Just a tiny ding on one arm and on the underside of another arm a tiny split
The base on this is not weighted so it is mostly silver.   There is some hardware inside holding everything together that is probably not silver.
This has been gently polished up and it looks fantastic
