This fits Kelly, Chelsea or her SS friends....lil baggy around the neck, maybe ok for a display but lil big on Chelsea & Kelly dolls, I would replace the hook & loop with maybe a snap?...what it has now sucks!, not very "sticky"..
This set is so adorable, really cute collar & lace trimming, comes with headband & pink cheap Mary Jane shoes....As far as length this dress fits Kelly perfectly without the shorts but baggy around the neck...
