Description: Italian 800 silver diamond and sapphire table box with Key, 1st Half 20th Century. Applied diamond and sapphire jewels to the lid and clasp, however the large top sapphire stone is likely synthetic. Fabric lined interior. With original working silver key. Italian 800 silver mark to the underside with obscure maker mark.

Measures Approx.,9.5 inches x 5.5 inches x 4 inches tall
Condition: Very good condition. Light surface marks and swirls. One diamond and two sapphires missing.
