aquatic exercise is joint-friendly, total-body fitness fun.  The music and easy to follow vocal instructions give you the
energy
to keep moving.  This is a 45 min. cd which includes warm up, cardiovascular, stretching, breathing, balance and cool down.
All you need for this workout is waist to chest deep water in a space that will allow you to kick in all directions.
The exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels.  To make the workout more difficult you might consider aqua cuffs for the ankles and webbed gloves for arm resistance.
This CD can be used for working out on your own or with a group.
