Fellow FE-1 Vintage Cassette Player Made in Japan Clone TPS-L2 Walkman

Description

This is a Fellow FE-1 Vintage Cassette Player. Made in Japan. A fairly scarce early clone. Comes with vintage headphones. I am not sure if the headphones are original to this unit or not ?? They are of the period and made in Japan as well. From a local estate. Read details below before bidding.
Cosmetics-Good overall with some general wear, nicks, and scratches in places. Most heavily on the front, clear window, and back. The battery compartment is clean. The piece of plastic that helps hold the cover in place is chipped off. See photo. Still holds on ok but that end is loose. Operationally I checked it out and it still generally worked when I first tried it. Though it started to struggle quickly and the rewind stopped working after a minute. The belts are most likely original. Controls are scratchy. The headphones work but the capsules have popped out of their enclosures. See last photos. They will not click back in place but hold ok with the foam. The headphone metal band is bent some. Good for your collection
