Description
A Dutch solid silver structure bonbon/nut serving spoon/ladle/strainer.Handle decorated with scrolls and flowers.
Terminal decorated with a windmill with rotating blades.
Ruffled and pierced bowl beautifully decorated
with scrolls, a fishing boat and a Dutch village scene.

Not monogrammed.
Marked on windmill blade:
"Roman sword" mark for .833/1000 silver purity.
Marked on windmill house:
"Minerva A" mark for assayer office city of Amsterdam.
Marked into bowl interior:
"V.S" into an oval for maker/manufacturer;
date letter "H" into a round punch for 1916;
"Lion passant 2" for minimum .833/1000 silver purity;
"Key" mark is a duty restitution mark upon export.
