This is a Creative Memories Memory Mate Tote Bag 3-ring binder /organizer. It also has 11 clear plastic organizer pages that are included. Seven of those pages have 8 slots sticker strips and 4 are large ones for pages or larger accessories. There is a large velcro close pouch on the front and a smaller zip pouch on the front with a smaller velcro pouch on the front of that one.  The binder zips to close.  Inside the binder on the left side there is an elastic holder for pens or scissors and a small velcro close pouch.  Still on that left side, on the bottom, there are two velcro close pouches.  On the right side there is a larger zip close pouch on the top and a larger velcro clos pouch on the bottom.  There is a small hand carry handle and a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap.
