These Necklaces is made from copper shined and polished.
Weight .6 oz.   Length  24 inches approx.  Width 1/8 inch approx.  Depth 1/16 inch approx.
The chains come oxidized to make the antiquing look and that goes in to the concave parts of the links or other areas hard to reach.  The top part is buffed which then shows the contrast in the chain links or designs.  This hand operation will vary on different chains.
Wheeler’s solid copper jewelry is lacquered with the finest quality Egyptian lacquer to prevent tarnishing of the jewelry.  The lacquer on the copper chain is designed to slowly disappear with wear.  When the lacquer coating wears off, the copper will change color slightly to its greenish patina color.
