Cheramy Biarritz Dusting Powder Lithographed Tin, 4 ¾ x 4 ¼ x 3 inches, marked on lid “Biarritz Dusting Powder, Cheramy, Paris-New York”, probably early 1900’s, probably American, NO powder contents, a dent on the domed lid with minor scratches and soiling, minor scratches to the lithography on the sides, a few tiny paint specs, nice Art Deco design of stylized trees and vegetation on a beach with stylized sailboats and seagulls, still has the original cardboard liner less its paper closure and contents, ½ inch space would have allowed for the powder puff to sit inside the tin, 2 piece lid with hollow center, very decorative powder tin from Cheramy which was actually an American company, Biarritz was a line that was introduced in 1926.
