Beautiful Ornate Silver Candelabra, made in Portugal 900 fine,Topazio, 11" x 15"

This is a stunning 5 light candelabra that is 900 fine silver made in Portugal and is marked Topazio
This magnificent piece stands 11" tall and measures a 15" span. The piece has a gross weight of 63.2troy ounces of 90% silver.
The little cups and underplates screw off for cleaning
It is in very good condition.  I would say excellent but if you look at last photo you can see a small dent on the base.
The base on this is not weighted so it is mostly silver.   There is some hardware inside holding everything together that is probably not silver.
This has been gently polished up and it looks fantastic
I am not sure of the age.  If you are a hallmark expert, please tell me
