Beautiful Antique French Sterling and Vermeil Berry Spoon with Box

Description

This antique French reticulated berry spoon is still in its own box. It has a sterling handle with the Minerva mark as evidence of its silver content and the business part is gold plated silver, also called vermeil. The gold part is marked with a makers mark F L M which stands for Mosgau Lehmann (1912). The silver handle has elegant ridges with a floral medallion in the center where a monogram could go. The box is covered in green grey leatherette paper with gold markings and a closure. Measurements are: 7 1/4” by 2” by 3/4”.
