She is so much like the original, right down to the last detail! You will be amazed at how well it is made to resemble the original! Her legs are made of the

like the original and bend at the knees. She has the beautiful High Color American Girl face with blue eye shadow and deep red lips. She even has the painted toe nails. What a great way to have the look of the original American Girl without the cost!
Mattel puts a gel on the newer dolls hair to keep it in place, this can be rinsed out very gently with lukewarm water if you prefer the soft look
