Muzzle Ring Diameter: .615 in / 15.6 mm
Weight - Bayonet: 19.030 oz   -   Scabbard: 7.480 oz
Blade has original bright finish with a little scattered gray and was never sharpened, Remaining metal finish is original bright with a little gray and a few spots of pitting. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit with some wear and handling marks. Hock button function fine. Steel scabbard has original blue metal finish showing a little wear and a few dents.
M1891 and M1909 Argentine Mauser rifles.
This model, second pattern have shortening of the hilt by 10 mm.
The rifle with which this example was issued was made in 1910 by Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken (DWM)
