Set includes two dumbbells, two feet weights, and the water exercise buoyancy belt. The belt is one-size fits all, with an adjustable strap. Very slight damage to the corner of one dumbbell.
There are shallow water exercises you can do with this belt in addition to the intended water jogging. I wanted it to increase my jogging lung capacity and land speed, though my apartment pool is not deep enough to get the jogging experience. Suggest at least 8’ depth for a person under 6’ to get the jogging effect.
