For your consideration is an antique coin turned into a spoon. It can be roman, Italian? I am unsure. The applied handle is a filigree pattern. The material is not marked and untested.
The markings on the coin are the following:
FRONT: Francis cvs i.d.g. aust Imperator
BACK: GAL LOD IL REX 1831 JIVN BOH LOMB ET VEN
