Antique Mid 1800's Continental Silver Cream Pitcher

Description

Presented is an antique silver milk pitcher or creamer made in continental Europe in the mid 1800's. This 19th century piece is styled with panel side tapering and an S scroll handle, rolled at its lower end. It sits on a round, fluted, hollow foot. The creamer has never been monogrammed.
The underside of the base is marked with the maker's mark "EA" and an indistinct key hallmark.
This piece is in good overall condition for its age. The lip shows a bend at its left rim that you can only see when looking down from the top, as in our photo number 5, but otherwise, there are no major damages and no repairs.
The creamer measures 4 3/4 inches from handle to lip and is 5 3/4 inches tall to the tip of handle.
