Antique Dutch Sterling Silver Teaspoon and Tea Strainer Set

Description

This seems to be an early 20th century Dutch sterling hallmark and the silver purity is .833. According to appraisers, but I don’t know if the information is accurate:
-The W indicates the date of production was 1906
-The Minerva head indicates the township or city that it was created in (there should be a tiny letter stamped into the head also, I couldn’t quite discern it in the images)
-The Lion Passant stamp with the number 2 beneath it indicates the purity of .833
-And the fourth stamp is the maker’s mark, which isn’t very legible, and I was unable to determine the exact manufacturer after searching through hundreds of examples of Dutch silver maker's marks - it could be that this particular maker was not very prolific, or was lesser known, and thus not very well documented.
