    Description

    Presented is an antique, 800 purity silver fish slice made in Austria during the late 1800s or early 1900s. This large fish slice could also be used as a pastry server or many other food items. The handle is done in a classic, rounded form and it has never been monogrammed. The pointed base is beautifully hand engraved with flowers, scrolls, and leaves.
    The handle bears the 800 purity Austrian minerva head hallmark used between 1872-1922 and has a maker’s mark, which is only partially visible.
    This piece is in great overall condition for its age and the engravings are crisp.
