830 Silver Dutch Holland Windmill Souvenir Pickle Fork Skulls Faces

This listing is for a vintage 830 Silver Dutch Windmill Pickle Fork.
At the top of the handle is a moving windmill. On the handle above the tines, are several faces or skulls. This is marked "830 HOLLAND". There is also a very small mark on one of the blades of the windmill, but I'm unsure as to what it is.
This measures 7 5/8". Except for a very small bend at the very tip of one of the tines, this is in excellent estate condition.
