6 Vintage Modernist Morita Gil Chile Sterling Silver & Lapis Demitasse Spoons
What I have to offer for your viewing pleasure here is this beautiful set of 6 vintage Chilean sterling silver & lapis lazuli demitasse spoons by Morita Gil! Gleaming sterling silver bowls and necks lead up to cut highly polished oval cabochons of high grade cobalt blue lapis lazuli with gold veins running through them and the set is absolutely gorgeous! As you can see I have quite a few pieces of antique and vintage sterling silver available for sale separately. They are hallmarked "925". They are in superb overall condition for its age with no nicks, chips or cracks to the lapis and the box is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or stains. Each spoon measures 3-13/16" long by 5/8" wide across the handles by wide 13/16" across the bowls. Combined they weigh 1.18 Troy ounces, 36.6 grams or 23.5 pennyweights.
