Last hydro test was done in 2014.
We have several tanks in stock and they're currently all full. If you pick them up in person, they will remain full.  If we ship to you, they will be emptied before shipment.
The way these tank are made is there is an aluminum core, carbon fiber cover, and a resin coat over the carbon.
The tank you get may have some scrapes, scratches, scuff marks, chips, smoke stains, discoloration, or writing on the resin coat.  We will not ship you a tank where the carbon has any damage or any missing/chipped resin is larger than the size of a dime.
We've had many questions about whether these will pass a hydro test and that will depend on how strict the inspector is.  These were used by a fire department, they filled them before they got new tanks, and they would have not filled them if there were blemishes large enough to make the tank unsafe.
