20th Century Baroque Silver Candelabras Florence Italy, 1950s
Pair of silver candelabras realized around 1950s in Florence by the famous Florentine silversmith Brandimarte.
Impressive dimension H 52 cm x 22 x 20 cm – total weight 7 kg
Base octagonal upon which there are 2 tritons holding the upper part of the candelbras.
A smooth sphere is just in the middle of the candelabra and has the flower symbol of Florence on it.
As the same flower can be found in fret work on each candleholder of the upper part.
Wonderfully detailed and scenic.
Silver 800/1000 hallmarks and maker's mark.
