It is a printers specimen (very rare) that quotes: "A good example of offset printing".  Printed by Andrew H. Kellog Company in New York.  This small 4 page brochure opens up and it is attached to a 9" X 11" piece of paper.   This is from the year 1914.  Fabulous quality of paper.  2 scans shown.  This is in very good condition.  The "ebay item" thing is just a loose piece of paper.   This is rare paper.
