    Description

    Dutch .833 solid silver egg, chocolate, sherbet or condiment spoon with a twist handle, fig shaped bowl, and upturned, pointed, beaded handle end.  The spoon weighs .84 troy ounces and measures 6 1/4 inches long and 1 1/8 inches across the bowl.  Marked on the back of the handle "VK" the maker's mark, the .833 lion silver standard mark, the duty or tax mark, and the date letter "h" for 1892.  There are tiny nicks and fine scratches overall, and some general mild tarnish, otherwise in good antique condition.
